I'm just entitled to my own opinion: That shock value "romance" and "spice" written without any consideration for actual real life victims is just a big slap in the face, & not quality work🫡
H.D Carlton made Haunting/Hunting Adeline. Both include antisemitism, glorification & romanticization of r@p3 and SA, CSA, trafficking, etc— & it's all handled poorly. You can write books with these themes, but it requires a certain amount of grace, respect & maturity. Kink ≠ Crimes. Crimes ≠ spice.
