Tomorrow I'm teaching my first seated exercise class for older adults, having qualified just over a month ago. I'm a little nervous. Need to practise the routines today.

Last year, my rose got a really bad case of black spot. I followed all the RHS directions on how to remedy this, but they warned it might be difficult to rescue. This is how it looks now. I did it!

I've had just over a week off from my exercise classes (I do 8 per week) to catch up with appointments and administrative tasks. Today is my first day back and I feel like it might be a shock to my system!

Finally remembered to switch my bunny lights on for Easter, in the front garden.

Just been for my 2nd shingles vaccine. Walking back, it was nice to see foliage coming back to life after the winter.

Watching the Figure Skating World Championships. Loving the skating but some really tedious music choices, especially in the ice dance free skate.

Sometimes, a few little flowers are necessary.

I started an exercise programme 48 weeks ago. Now my instructor has asked me to train to be an instructor for some of her other classes (which, unlike the ones I do, are for elderly people). I've just enrolled on a course. Nervous!

1st February, so my Valentine's Day decor is up for the month.
