Last time I met with my endocrinologist, we decided to stop the Ozempic, to see if it helps with the gastroparesis.

Good news! My gastroparesis has been _entirely_ quiescent since about 2.5 weeks after the last shot. Haven’t thrown up once, nor even felt like I might.

My mood today seems to be improved compared to most days recently. I can only assume it's because I moved news-source accounts to a List and off my main timeline, then fell seven hours behind on reading it.

@moira I spent TWENTY MINUTES today rebasing the Clacks source to deal with all the string changes, and I used quoote, because it was just quote+o, but I think I like quoot better.

I’d almost say noun=quoot, verb=quoote, but that will guarantee I screw it up in the locale files.
