Feeling super relieved that my new (well, first) therapist and psychiatrist are both supportive and positive of my gender identity. 💖

Me suffering through a nearly month long panic attack, with fever, chills and lightheadedness, while the world outside burns around me…

Thanks. I have dealt with the intrusive thoughts version of anxiety before, but this is my first time dealing with such horrible physical effects from anxiety.

It’s the worst I’ve ever felt in my entire life, and it seems unending (started about 3 weeks ago).

I just want it to end. 😭

Really looking forward to throwing the Ring into the damn fire already.
