I will say the past few years have absolutely murdered the ESC for me and I was a loyal fan. From how they treated the Netherlands, allowed harassment by the Israeli delegation towards other participants, the ban on gay flags... and now this. I've stopped watching as I can't support this shitshow.

I'm experiencing the same thing! I can't have people watching me, no matter how close my relationship to them. I compare it to them watching over your shoulder when you're doing something. Harmless, yet uncomfortable. The extreme form is scopophobia; the discomfort itself has no name that I know of.
