Week ended with day 6 OUH Quality Coach. I have loved adapting & adopting this course & testing our in person reconfiguration. Encouraged this week both by the groups growth in confidence & strengthening of community. #QI @robind100.bsky.social @theqcommunity.bsky.social @sidqi.bsky.social

When groups meet to brainstorm, good ideas are lost. People bite their tongues due to conformity pressure, noise, and ego threat.

A better approach is brainwriting: generate ideas separately, then meet to assess and refine.

Group wisdom begins with individual creativity.

#skyQI yesterday provided opportunity to welcome colleagues from QI @ Hampshire Hospital NHS Trust to learn together whilst embedding Quality Coach (QCDP) locally.

Today i was energised by session 5 of the Quality Coach Development Programme @theqcommunity.bsky.social. A day with fantastic colleagues, connecting & learning across @ouhospitals.bsky.social & BOB ICB focused on empowering others to improve.
Excited for the last two sessions in early 2025.
