I would give anything for there to be a PSD with base female/male shaders, all kinds of markings like spots, stripes, bellyfur, and a handful of add-ons for furry heads available to purchase for like $100 USD or more. Think something like those mix & match adopt bases but for furry #SecondLife skins

i think i was lucky i had someone to help guide me through playing at the time as well as give me a place to crash at that didn't kick me out for being under a month old

but most new players don't have that and so they give up which sucks

i will say

the learning curve IS steep and sl is very demanding computer wise but once you get a grasp of it it can be so fun

i'm sad that my friends don't wanna try sl out lol i think if they got past the learning curve they'd find it fun

wait i don't think it's anti rez actually lmao i think i'm confusing it for a different body

i can appreciate that it's been around for a very long time, was the root of a lot of things you find in sluv bodies, and it's not bad by any means (even if it is slightly dated and mod-unfriendly)

but its days as the big popular sluv body that everyone uses are over

i remember being pretty frustrated that so many nice clothes were maitreya only when i started out - it was never my favourite sluv body mainly bc it doesn't play very well with thicker shapes (which i generally tend to use)

oh and it's no-mod... and it's anti-rez (as far as i can recall)

it's crazy to think that just a few years ago maitreya absolutely dominated the body market

nowadays while i still see some usage, mainly from the human side of sl, i almost never see it among furries anymore

the cozy steps are so cute - i really need to use them more often

i hope more people have bought the wacky worm head thanks to me using it

i searched up the term worm and i've noticed it's quite high up in the best selling sorted search

added a simple metal pbr material to it and omg it looks even better!

decided to do it with all the other (modify) bits of metal i had too - pbr truly does make everything look nicer

i also figured out how to properly attach the fh neck bow onto the wacky worm without it looking weird

dude i found this old tail bow from around 2012 made out of prims - i bought it just to see how it looked on my worm bc it was super cheap and i was like 'why not'

and omg it actually looks so cute and fits pretty well with some adjustments

made an xmas sprinklez skin! dunno what outfits to give her yet but she looks so cute

does mean i'll have to switch from digi to high foot state but that's fine by me - gives me more pant options

i'm trying to find toe rings for the haru and it's ALL for the clenched digi feet

where's the love for the spread toe version??? i don't always want clenched paws
