The Andrew Vaughn discourse is weird. In his last 35 regular season games he had a .704 OPS with 0 homers. Meaning he has 2 in his last 39. Beyond his first month in Milwaukee and a couple big playoff moments he's been mid. Even if he does go off again, both sides needed a change. Settle down.

Heartbreaking but predictable loss for Mizzou. Drink is a good coach, but can't seem to get over the hump of beating a truly elite team (Marvin Harrison Jr.-less OSU aside), but maybe no one can. But Brewers beat the Cubs! Rooting for the Crew,but I'd be OK with 3/4 of the LCS teams winning it all.

I've seen more on this thread and it gets worse. As someone who shares a metro area with Cubs fans I can personally vouch for how bad that fanbase can be, but putting that on ALL fanbases and saying people shouldn't go to away games...

I sat down to watch the Mariners/Tigers game in the 8th, didn't realize I'd get almost a full game out of it. I feel like this game (and probably series in general, this was the only significant amount I watched) was baseball sickos level stuff. So bad/so good/ so intense, I just couldn't look away.

At work, teens were being foolish filming themselves with a VR headset and at home, Bender (who is 1 1/2, which is basically the cat years equivalent of a teenager) decided to take apart his water. Proving regardless of species, teenagers do obnoxious things that are still admittedly kinda funny.

Wish I could dispute this- but all I've got is Promise Ring had a few decent songs. MLB's fan base* (* in most of the continental US) is so white** (** White non-Hispanic) that there's always a disheartening amount of MAGA shit and Waukesha is one of the suburban areas fhat stays in his thrall.

For me, my preferences of remaining teams would be Brewers and then Mariners, but beyond that the tie-breaker is going to be the Canadian team. "Elbows up"

I prefer real justice to sports justice, but the image of him stomping around screaming and balling his tiny fists because *his* team lost not just to any team but to one from his hated "the 51st s*ate" should bring everyone who's not a Yankees fan or MAGA a bit of joy. Good job, Blue Jays & Canada.
