A snowy mountain road
Taking a long break from it all.
10.12.2024 14:56 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Yeah, I do use presets and MIDI. But I have a few pedals that don't have that.
I used to use tape, but it can get quite messy.
You have a halo? How are you getting on with it?
I've been tempted for a while now. But I have a lot of delay pedals already. π©
Most guitarists collect boutique pedals for the hype.
Cheap or expensive, I stick to what I think sounds great.
I remember a time when these were the only pedals I could afford at my
local music store.
Fantastic pedals!
Tattoo this on my forehead!
Always double-check your effects pedals' settings!
Those knobs always move around - even in a hard case.
I thought my delay was set the other day, but it was an embarrassing mess when I kicked it on.
Does anyone have a nice, tidy way to keep track of core settings?
π€© It's a legendary pedal: low gain or high gain, it's fantastic.
25.11.2024 11:53 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I do. Unless itβs a pedal I just want for home use.
The only larger pedals I have on my live board these days are ones that will do multiple different sounds. Such as my delay and reverb pedals.
I genuinely love moments like that.

I love effects pedals,
but sometimes, I get super inspired by watching a band perform with nothing but their instruments. β€οΈ
There's something to learn from everyone.
Wow. There are some super interesting pedals here!
Nice board! π€©
Genuinely laughed out loud at this. π
25.11.2024 09:12 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I love a good shimmer!

What paint did you use?
Nice one, I bet it sounds awesome! You can never go wrong with a Rat.
24.11.2024 22:19 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Oooohhh. I like this q. π
For me, it has to be the MXR Carbon Copy Delay.
Weirdly, it's not even on my pedalboard right now.
But if I had to choose just one. That'd be it.
Nice board! π
TBH, Iβve never used the Ridge so can't give you specific advice there.
But, stick with it. Sometimes these things take a bit of playing around with.
From what I understand of the Ridge, you can get pretty much get anything OD out of it (after a bit of trial and error).
Nice board! π€©
I've heard great things about the Diamond Tremolo. Haven't got to try it out myself yet.
What's your verdict?
That's the exact reason I haven't gone for it yet.
I gotta admit, I am still hovering. π
I was thinking the same. I'm not sure tbh.
I guess theyβre using this to clear out stock β I could be wrong.
I have a couple of Chase Bliss already so I decided not to risk it.
300β¬ is a good price. People will get a good deal. But that's a big chunk of cash towards a pedal I really need/want.
I have to admit the Chase Bliss mystery box tempted me.
Who got one?
Handluggage containing effects pedals and Alpen muesli.
My Travel Checklist:

David Gilmour records his demo guitar parts using a 30-year-old Zoom multi-effects rack unit.
It makes me realize there must be no more excuses.
Let's get making those demos!
