Like it’s an expectation to see bodychecks and triggering things but recovery spaces imo are so much more toxic and people who are actually in recovery should avoid all ED spaces for the sake of their mental health because it’s just full of these validation seeking people who can’t ever let you

Hoping to be down on Thursday. I usually only weigh in Thursdays but got paranoid I was gaining. To see my weight has technically gone down a couple ounces is reassuring. I need to do better though and I did do better. I ate less today that I have the past couple days.

The scale was down by .2 this morning. I’m still within the same 1 pound range. I always just count my weight as whatever the scale says without the ounces. So like I’m technically losing despite my last couple days of a higher intake but I’m also still the same weight lol.

I’m not weighing in again until Thursday so I still have time to correct myself and eat much much less. Last week I only lost 1 pound. I need to lose at least one more to meet my November goal. I set a goal for 5lbs each month so that way if I exceed it, awesome, but if not 5lbs is realistic.

Got told I eat too much and I eat out of boredom so that’s fun. I’ve been eating less than 1200 a day but I need to cut down. This is why I still look obese and no one has noticed my weight loss.

Seeing food doesn’t trigger me lol. I eat food every day and I don’t have fear foods, I just restrict and stay in a deficit. I also don’t b/p or binge anymore. I’ve already lost 17 pounds since September and a total of 75lbs from my highest weight. I know what I’m doing.

Like they legit don’t realize that the bmi scale isn’t entirely accurate for them and an adult bmi of 17 is completely different from a minor at bmi 17 and so on. Also the last time I had edtwt non edtwt people would try to “trigger” me by replying to my posts with food pics.

Probably not using the right tags tbh and I know edsbky probably isn’t as active as edtwt but I cannot take the toxicity of that app and also how it leans so young. I don’t need some 13 y.o. who has had their ED for 6 minutes and doesn’t have a post puberty adult body trying to invalidate me.
