My client wanted a Nosferatu pre-drawn that had already been claimed by someone else, so I offered to make her something similar! Instead of a hand with a Gothic arch, she wanted an extinguished candle with ivy. So happy with how this turned out. 🖤

My client Jenn threw out 3-4 concepts and asked me to choose based on what I was most excited about. I was drawn to a crumbling Gothic arch with a snake and ivy because I was able to easily picture how I’d fill the space on her arm. So happy with how this turned out! Completed over 2
sessions.

Most of my clients know about my love for cemeteries, specifically the 17th century motif of the death’s head; so I end up meeting a lot of fellow taphophiles. I never get tired of making these! Something about the repetitive shapes of the wings is very soothing and meditative.
