Editing a chapter is like watching a scruffy stray kitten turn into a majestic panther. At first, it’s a mess…clumsy, confusing, possibly missing a verb. But after rounds of tweaking, trimming, and taming, it stands tall, polished, and glorious. And I? I am its proud, exhausted parent.
