Yes, that is true for me too but everyday I resent the amount of admin I have to do and put it off and off until I can't any longer. I absolutely love the teaching and learning aspect.

This is me now. It's great apart from still having to complete the SEN admin. How I wish for someone to carry out the admin work for me as that is the part that makes me dislike being a SENDCo.
