This was absolutely a goal with the absurdity of the game. Almost every task in Outliers is based on something I've done as a research assistant.

Something very cool that Breakout Con is doing this year: arranging tables for playing solo rpgs together. In fact, I'll be running a few for SPINE.
This could be a special experience and even challenge some common notions about the nature of solo rpgs.
