We planned on making hot pot tonight for Valentine's Day, but then we saw our neighbors that own a food truck were going to be at a brewery making smash burgers... so... we had that for lunch. Don't think we'll be hungry for dinner now cause they were MASSIVE, but that means hot pot tomorrow!!

Did anyone else play this as a kid? I was probably 14 or 15 and obsessed with all the CSI shows to the point that I wanted to be an investigator or coroner when I grew up. I would LOVE to play this again.

Working on some Valentine's stuff for fun. ❤️🩷

I'm also super thankful for our vet, cause they have been working with us to keep costs down as much as possible. He was diagnosed with hypothyroidism literally the day after we lost our jobs and now this happens. They've been great.

Today he's probably like 80% back to his normal gremlin self. He had an IV done with fluids and his red blood cell count is back up some. They did a couple more tests and they were fine. He's going back on Friday for another check, but for now he's feeling much better. :) (2/2)

So on Friday, we took him to the vet and found out he was anemic and dehydrated. He got iron and B12 injections. His red blood cell count was low. No idea why, all tests the vet did came back fine. Saturday he was pretty bad... very lethargic, not eating, but each day he got a bit better. (1/2?)

I'M LIVE. Gonna do space ninja stuff for a bit.

Nothing more sad than when you can tell your old man cat isn't feeling well :( my poor baby. He has good and bad days with his thyroid stuff. He's gonna spend the day snuggled on my lap getting lots of pets... which to be fair is every day, but especially today!
