I can't seem to find a happy medium between my brain and body.
The news denies "boots on the ground" in Iran. But those who have family and friends serving there, know better.
Its cold today, slight snow and sleet in the forecast. I think I'll stay in, work on my book. Maybe sloppy joes and steak fries for dinner. Stay safe and stay hopeful folks.

Ive been keeping quiet lately. Going to my appointments. Creating on my chromebook, releasing designs and products. Anything to keep my mind busy. Being disabled often feels like being a sitting duck. Something my anxiety isn't fond of.

They said there wasn't a leak but I don't really trust doctors when it comes to this illness. Plus my insurance probably wont cover it. Medicaid thinks Physical Therapy is the cure all to everything. I've been in PT for a collective of 10 years solid in a 20 year period. Hasn't fixed anything yet. 🙃

My brain MRI results came in this morning. I have scarring and unidentified bright spots in my medial frontal lobe. More so on the right than the left. The radiologist said they doubt it would cause any issues. However, my struggles with balance, memory, mood, organization and pain still get worse.

That must have been an awful experience. Im sorry you were treated that way. I know that the protective membrane of the brain is made of connective tissue, it can also become affected by inflammation.

Interesting, I will definitely post an update after my MRI Monday. I know the lining causing the brain can become inflamed in folks like us. I swear I can tell the difference between and inflammation migraine and a csf migraine.

The disappearance of #NancyGuthrie feels unnervingly similar to the #KrisRichardson case of Casper, WY. Both smart, strong willed, adored women; with close families, who lived alone. I hope that Nancy is returned to her family as soon as possible and that Kris' family also finds answers.
