Vuorovaikutuksessa korostuukin työnhakijoiden tilanteinen toiminta ja keinot hallita erilaisia persoonallisuuden arviointeja.

Tällöin hän joutuu selittämään, miksi tietty piirre ei näy käytöksessä ja syntyy vaikutelma "teeskentelystä".
Testituloksen ja tilanteisen käytöksen välisen yhteyden käyttäminen arvioinnissa ei saa tukea tutkimuksista.

Työnhakijan itsekuva haastattelussa asetetaan rinnakkain testitulosten ja rekrytoijan havaintojen kanssa. Jos havaittu käytös ja testitulos eivät näytä olevan linjassa, työnhakijan tarina voi vaikuttaa epäjohdonmukaiselta.

Tärkeä avaus tänään @hs.fi rekrytointiprosessien henkilöarvioinneista. Persoonallisuuden arviointia tulisi tarkastella myös vuorovaikutustoimintana: miten persoonallisuutta arvioidaan ja millaisia seurauksia sillä on.
