By asking all claimants to list other legal and beneficial rights holders they are literally doing everything they can to make sure everyone who has a claim gets a chance to make a claim and get paid.
The form is simple, the online interface simpler. Most of the info you need is supplied in the settlement database. And if you have any questions (that aren't already covered in the FAQ or elsewhere on the very plain English website), you can email the settlement administrators and they will reply.
