i think she does and always will feel an obligation to lady silverhair; her parents were devotees, and she kinda thinks she might’ve had her life saved by divine intervention from her once (but she really can’t be sure. might’ve been a hallucination. she dk). 11/

constantly on the move, with texts on her being so limited and encounters with her followers even more so, it was very difficult for her to fully embrace this new faith as she might have in other circumstances. 10/

BUT ALSO at the same time knew that she would’ve been hard to reach so deeply entrenched in lolth as she was. she wanted to learn more of eilistraee during her adolescence and early adulthood, but it was incredibly hard to do so—9/

after her forcible exile her feelings about the divine grew a whole lot more complex. she felt the need to honor her parents and their faith but at the same time was bitter towards eilistraee for not protecting her, 8/

but hey almost getting your face carved off and then being thrown off a cliff is enough to push anyone away from their religion!! 7/

though had she not been already questioning her faith due to the aforementioned Shit She Was Noticing, knowing about her parents and their worship of eilistraee may have pushed her further into devotion to lolth; evidence that she needed to be Further Purified yada yada so on and so forth. 6/
