I’m not saying that low lvl shouldn’t have anything because they should, especially to help them learn and grow.
but after low ink there’s stuff out there that they can participate in and improve at a faster rate for example weeklies we don’t need anymore tournaments than what we have. 3/3 end of🧵
I remember the time where we would have majors for top/level play such as TASL,NA vs EU, Squid House and so much more.
stuff like that was refreshing to see because it would shine a light on new profound players and keeping everyone on their toes it would be nice to see that same essence again 2/?
that is exactly why the scene is drying out and failing 8s can only do but so much.
there should be no reason why we have over a decent amount of low level capped tournaments every single time and on the same day at that.
not only is it very bad but it’s also harming the scene completely 1/?
seeing a lot of people talking about why having too many tournaments is a bad thing and while that may be true to an extent
we need to have some balance and alignment.
let’s be honest here we have nothing engaging catering towards top/high level and that’s a huge problem. 🧵(incoming)
