I've been working on a Final Fantasy vibe TTRPG for a few years now. Over those years, while writing and researching, I've found *several* other JRPG-themed TTRPGs. I've decided that, instead of reinventing the wheel, I want to make my game a supplement for another JRPG-TRPG.

I kept up with all of the evidence as it was coming out, and I'm very concerned that this is just another scramble to try to discredit victims. I didn't just believe what blogs and such were saying, I dug deep into the allegations and his responses to them.
I find it very interesting how "believe victims" gets thrown out the window when it's someone's favorite author.
I loved Gaiman too, but too many people were immediately doing backflips to pardon or excuse his actions, or discredit the victims. Seems fishy to me.
I haven't read the whole thing yet, but I skimmed and read the TL;DR summary. There's some pretty damn victim-blaming language in there, and the victims are often described in very leading, negative ways. I don't have high hopes for this, but I will read it.
I cannot begin to express how important Neil Gaiman was to me. He was my favorite author, and it wasn't even close.
And I dropped him immediately after the allegations against him went public.
