Agreed, away I feel we look weak in the middle. At home I think we can cope without him.
I feel it's more his leadership this season that we miss. We just seem rudderless at times, especially away, we lack a leader in the middle of the park. It's a valid point about last season and perhaps he doesn't make much of a difference, but if rather have him in starting 11.
Sadly Farke will spin it that the international break has allowed him to rest and recover, when he inevitably retains his place in the staying 11
Rothwell's deliveries were terrible today. On a separate note we desperately need ampadu back. With him I think we get top 2, without him can't see anything other than playoffs #lufc
Would the magic number not be 22? Because if Burnley were to get max points then that means sheff utd only obtain 24 (total of 101). Basically both teams can't actually catch us if we get 22 points.

Poor across the park today, but thought Tanaka was especially poor. He normally holds things together in the middle, so no surprise we were overrun. The only positive I can take is that we played so badly, yet still should have won based on the chances we had #lufc
