I feel it's more his leadership this season that we miss. We just seem rudderless at times, especially away, we lack a leader in the middle of the park. It's a valid point about last season and perhaps he doesn't make much of a difference, but if rather have him in starting 11.

Poor across the park today, but thought Tanaka was especially poor. He normally holds things together in the middle, so no surprise we were overrun. The only positive I can take is that we played so badly, yet still should have won based on the chances we had #lufc
