Maybe you just NEED to. I'm finding when I'm in what passes for a manic phase, creating something to put online (Substack or Deviantart) helps calm my mind. Seems like it might be happening to you as well

This is where AI has come in VERY handy. When building a scene in Unreal or C4D and running into a block on a specific technique, I can ask it how to do EXACTLY what I am trying to, and it sticks to the point. Now, it's not always perfect, but I find the answer MUCH faster than before

I’ve been using AI to help with my creative projects, and honestly, it’s like having a co-writer who never gets tired. I still do the heavy lifting, but it keeps my ADHD in check, organizes my chaos, and helps me stay focused. Downside? It’s not great with dark humor. I’ve got to handle that part

AI is like a caffeinated intern: super helpful but sometimes gets overconfident and spills coffee all over your work. It’s great for organizing ideas, but it’s easy to lean too much on it and lose touch with the creative process. Use it wisely—or you’ll just end up cleaning up a mess.
