Adobe’s decision to keep Animate supported is so awesome cause like

Not only do we get to legally keep this crucial piece of software for the immediate future

But this event serves as a reminder that companies WILL try to pull a fast one for their own gain and that there IS power in numbers 👼

I keep seeing the “reminder don’t use Adobe here are the alternatives” image going around and folks, the problem is not just that Adobe sucks, the problem is they’re blocking legal access to decades of art files utilized by individuals and entire teams

If there's one of these that I *wanted* to try and get into, it's Metroid.
Tried just about every game on NSO, even Prime Remastered, just didn't click with me. Did enjoy Fusion and Zero Mission a bit tho.
Might just be cause I get lost VERY easily and like having a clear sense of direction.

This is Jerry Lawson. He invented the video game cartridge for the Fairchild Channel F system. Because of his invention, many consoles had cartridges and CD formats and would become the norm.

The Atari 2600, NES, Genesis, and many consoles wouldn't exist without him.
