Terrible news. Like everyone else, I want to know if that's legal, and if legality matters--it should, and it does, but in practical terms, can they get away with this idea?

Hope so. But the enablers and racists and greedheads will remain even if he’s somehow deposed. At least JDV is repellent enough to fail as a candidate. Still, turning the situation around could take decades. No surprise, since it took decades to get to this point.
