All of this being caused or worsened by 1 thing that I now show a very specific niche symptom for that might finally give me a little more quality of life... I am scared but hopeful. Much as I don't want Yet Another incurable disease, I want answers and treatment. So fingers crossed.

It's at least been eye-opening to realise that maybe, if I get help, many of my ailments may be significantly nerfed. Nausea, kidney&intestinal problems, some pains and spasms, blood pressure, blood sugar, heart problems, immune system, fatigue, depression, anxiety, dehydration... just so much
