I just discovered synaesthesia is more common in autism. I have sequence-space synaesthesia - I can see numbers and the year and the week as a spatial form. Certain parts are higher or squarer. How about the rest of my autistic brethren, is anyone a synaesthete?

Now on the 3rd LOTR book on Audible. Feel the need to buy the Middle Earth atlas cos I have no clue! Then of course I'll need to listen to it all again.

Finished The Hobbit in Audible. Interesting to see where the film embellished the story. Started Lord of the Rings this morning. Only 22 hours for the first book!

What an excellent but exhausting weekend. Went to teach on a dissertation residential school run by the university psychology society, and also on a neurodiversity symposium they were running at the same time. Met some lovely people and I feel my AuDHD journey was well received #ADHD #autism

Giving a new lecture on a module I haven't taught today - why am I so nervous? It's a really simple introduction to psychology lecture that actually looks quite fun. Ah, the imposter syndrome never goes away!

My ADHD brain has real trouble focusing on reading. I've recently discovered Audible - listening to books on my 5km walk every morning is a revelation. Currently 6 chapters into The Hobbit. I can see this is a delightful rabbit hole to disappear down. Any recommendations? 🤓
