I always remember how my dad would say his favorite Fantastic Four comic was the issue where they're each trapped in like cages specifically meant to hold THEM and so they all have to problem solve and find unique solutions when their own specific powers are basically useless

One of the things I was always happy about was I managed to get my mom on board with me not wanting to give birth so she never made weird comments pressuring me to get married & have kids. And considering the way she was raised it was a really big thing for her that I was pleasantly surprised about.

Sorry but personally if a miniature horse woke me up from anesthesia by banging out nonsense on a miniature keyboard it would send me into a liminal space between life and death from which I would never return
