Lol I just realized after posting all this that Terra had already found that same release.
Whelp, my fault for not noticing the reply saying so, already did it anyway so no going back now *shrug*

I can't say for certain that this is truly the original at the moment, but through all of the looking I did, this is quite literally the only thing that even gives the possibility of who the actual creator could be, only lead I could find

Hopefully this helps to at least narrow it down in some way

Continuing, it is strange that they don't mention it on any socials like the others, and if it is from before January this year like Terra said than this can't be the original upload. The Cocrea Happy Tree Friends mod does say it's a port, which is a port of the itchio version also by the same guy.

Checking Cocrea, this is definitely where that credit came from. Account seems to match with the other accounts under that name, where they state that they like Sprunki, Happy Tree Friends and Dave and Bambi, both of which also have a mod on this Cocrea account and predate the Cendi release.

The difference that removing one word from the name makes.

Crank the blue, green and red bars WAYYYYYYY down, raise the yellow one by at least half, raise the purple one a bit and leave clown as is

Then it's accurate.
