I haven’t been here in forever, but I’m going to try to be more active again

I’ve barely been on social media lately. I listened to all 200 episodes of The Magnus Archives and just under two weeks, and I’ve been reading fanfic about it ever since. It’s so good!

Sidenote, but it doesn’t seem as easy to create a thread and post all of the parts at once as it was back on the other place. It’s not a major complaint, but it is a bit inconvenient

I am sad about those lost friendships, but it was going to happen eventually. I haven’t been actively involved in ToT in almost 2 years. This is also a new platform. I guess it’s a new start for everyone, including me (2/2)

When I woke up today, I thought I was going to make more progress on the various fanfics i’m working on. Then I listened to 28 episodes of The Magnus Archives, and that took up my entire day. I hope I feel more productive tomorrow

I was talking to some friends once, and compared it to looking through a frosted window with blended, desaturated colors. I can’t really identify colors anymore, I can just tell that something is different sometimes

At this point, the world is just vague shapes and silhouettes that sometimes have hints of desaturated color. I don’t really know how to describe it

Yeah, it’s a genetic thing. It has been deteriorating for as long as I can remember. It’s definitely been getting worse faster over the past few years though

I’m glad you were able to get some improvement. There aren’t any corrective procedures for the eye disease I have. At least, none that are really feasible

I always hoped I would get the chance to see them when my vision was still good enough, but I don’t think I would be able to see them now, especially since I can’t even see the full moon anymore

Not in person. I’ve read descriptions in books, and a few friends have taken photos that they’ve also described

I never got to see the northern lights, but I’ve tried to imagine them. Having something like that all around would be really cool

It is! The added mechanic makes the campaign feel even more fun. I’m hoping we can reach 10 of those points so we can seriously kick ass when the time comes.

I didn’t ask this time. But in this campaign, we’re doing a fun thing where the DM gives us points that he made up himself. If we have 10, we can use them in a suitably dramatic moment. We went from 6 points to 7 tonight
