The best thing Trump has done for this country, is to reveal—unequivocally—that all the Republican Party ever truly cared about is White “Christian” Nationalism.

So, a woman comes from a place where jobs are scarce. To take care of her family, she does something that isn’t criminal, but that some view as wrong. And the sister-in-law is going to hunt that woman down to throw her out of the country.

Corporate Dem: Vote for me, or the MAGA candidate will kick you in the nuts twice.

Me: That’s awful. I definitely don’t want that. What will you do if elected?

Corporate Dem: I will only kick you once.

Me: But, I’d rather not be kicked at all.

Corporate Dem: Why are you supporting two kicks?

Wait … someone with Cuban heritage is anti-immigrant? Don’t tell Cruz or Rubio!

Amen. No elected officials should be taking these vacations on our dime. We have problems here that need attention.

The term “Sheriff” comes from the medieval position “Shire Reeve.” The Shire Reeve was the servant of the Manor Lord responsible for keeping the peasants in line. Nothing’s changed.

Just because you or I can feel shame, doesn’t mean they do.

Antisocial personality disorder - Symptoms and causes

“Antisocial personality disorder … is a mental health condition in which a person consistently shows no regard for right and wrong and ignores the rights and feelings of others. People with [APD] … lack remorse or do not regret their behavior.”

I would agree with you … if MAGA felt shame.

It’s the factually accurate answer to your question. Learn to ask better questions when you’re trolling for different answers.

The most recent polls suggest the opposite. The polls have Talarico performing better than Crockett in the general election against either Cornyn or Paxton. In fact, the polls have Talarico beating Paxton, while Crockett loses to either Republican.

The ad was run by a PAC. By definition, Talarico could NOT approve it. That’s how PACs work.

Considering you don’t vote in Texas, it might be more productive if you could find a Democrat in Alabama to “stand” with.

There’s no “blood feud” between these candidates. Each likes and respects the other. Each will work hard to elect the winner of the primary. Clickbait.

Allred saw the Senate polls, knew winning would require more effort than he was willing to give, and so dropped down to what he thought would be an easier House race. Ironically, he’s had a mediocre reception in that race, too.

Wrong. Texas was gerrymandered, but Jasmine’s district remained largely intact (though assigned a different number). She could easily have retained a seat in the House. She chose to jump into this race. Them’s the facts.

Because he got mad and posted angry. He shouldn’t have, and knowing Colin (which I do), I suspect he regrets it.

💯 Colin was a lifeguard at our YMCA, and I supported him from his very first Compressional primary. But, he lost his fire late in the campaign against Cruz, and he’s been mediocre ever since. It’s a shame, but it’s true.

Allred dropped out of the Senate primary months ago. But, by all means, give us your take on something you obviously don’t understand.

Half the stuff he does, he does just to see if people will allow it. When people push back, he TACOs. If no one pushes back, he pushes further.

“Complicit” makes it sound like they don’t really want this kind of thing, but they’re going along with it. Don’t kid yourself. They WANT this, they VOTED for this, they ARE this.

“[T]o the streets we must go.” People protest to get their government to do something. Something like getting Schumer and Jeffries to include the Bivens Act and UCRA as conditions to funding the government. Thus, your argument collapses back into mine. It’s nice to reach agreement.

First, you insult Talarico by saying you can’t override CU by legislation. Then, you admit that Prof. Reich has identified one legislative way to address CU. Now, you claim Reich has the only possible legislative solution. Perhaps, James isn’t the one who lacks knowledge on this subject?

If you don’t attempt to “perform,” you’ll never see results. As the saying goes, you miss every shot you don’t take.

You misunderstand. It’s not either/or; it’s both/and. As I’ve learned from nearly 30 years in law practice, there is always more than one way to skin the cat.
