pouring over a new profile page thingy after so long and i've come back to the classic question of 'how much to share in backstory,' and lrp is ultimately the conclusion i always come to.

i could worry about oversharing story elements. but it's also a way of telling the other player what i write.

Leans into the post box conspiratorially: really I consider my character backstory bits a primer to you, the reader, to see which themes I'm likely to try and grapple with using these characters because that's what I try to get from reading other peoples.

This art features 100 bees of various colors and shapes. These bees are designed in a cartoonish style, based on real species. The common name or species is written below the animals. Some bees are moving leaves, scraping plant hair, or sticking out their tongues. Some male bees have hairy faces and unusually shaped legs. There are also baby bees that have just hatched from their petal nests. Cute and colorful atmosphere. There are over 20,000 species of bees, so I only depicted a very small fraction of them!

As her training expedition to Eorzea has stretched on, Virara has encountered more and more situations where she cannot close the distance, so she's taken to throwing heavy objects like bricks, Garlean rebar, chunks of a statue, bags full of gil, other lalafell... pretty much anything on hand.

The various Othardian martial arts Labyrinth Fist draws from do have weapon forms, but because of her late start, Virara's training focused exclusively on empty-handed techniques.
This is, however, not to say she hasn't used *improvised* weapons liberally...

since they're trying to do damage control, the unsubbing from nitro is probably working.

Now that I'm home I can show off stoat. A lot of same/similar features to discord, can use emotes wherever (for free) and custom or community themes (for free), and even bots return here. Its been our backup plan so we stay connected!
