225lb on smith bench

Made my choice.

I could put a bullet in my head or bench this 225lbs. One of those seems more productive than the other.

I wake up some mornings feeling extremely lonely and overwhelmed. Probably a mix of seasonal depression and burnout. However, I’m resolved to sit in these feelings and reflect on truth. I know how immensely blessed and loved I am by my friends and family. I am enough.

Like the Chinese and Laotian ones, think Sisu from raya the last dragons. In like fantasy, there are water dragons, but the Naga is Laotian mythology. Apparently Kelpies are also shapeshifters too, I was originally introduced to the ones in God of War Ragnarok but Scottish mythology ones shapeshift.

Dragons, nagas, and various Gods. There’s not like a well known race or type of being far as I found.

It’s gotta be something that shapeshifts. Can’t have the flipper and wings out at the same time. Hmmm, this gonna send me down a google rabbit hole.
