Went in early. Came home late. Made dinner. Hiding in my bed.

Two more IEP meetings. One more IEP to write. Transition meeting tomorrow. Reflection needs to be rewritten. Just not up to doing anything more today. Including spending time with my family.

It might be stress if you wake up at 4am and start crying into your pillow.

Turned off my work email for the weekend. So sick of parents thinking I’m not doing everything for their kids that I possible can when I write an IEP.

Two drafts to write this weekend and all I want to do is sleep, eat, crochet and Netflix.

It’s the first time as a special education teacher that I have a student I can’t stand. Except there are three of them.

12.5 hrs in and I still haven’t finished knitting a 290-stitch rolled hem.

My youngest would like to know why people are mailing us photos of themselves (holiday cards) and is genuinely confused.

Paul’s Kia is a 2023. It’s already needed the transmission replaced. And tonight, it would only shift from neutral into reverse. Kiddo offered to drive like Mater down Comm Ave.

He managed to figure out the Shift Unlock but once again, new car needs repairs.

I don’t often lose my sh1t but she deserved it.

Just got a new car and have to use an app for remote start. No luck yet. Just lots of FAIL messages.

Wake up in the middle of the night only to start crying for absolutely no reason.

There’s one last hat to knit for Christmas and I’m just too tired.

Caved and gave John his big gift three weeks early. He’s been using his handheld mini chainsaw ALL afternoon.
