I appreciate the desire to find solutions, but people thinking they can just “develop a new app” to get around the very real structural realities is just naive. Legislation and payment processors don’t magically become non-issues.

It took literally 1 click (“Access Hidden”) from the homepage, without any signup or age verification, to porn being blasted on the screen. The fact that my “Top Song” on my Spotify Wrapped is one I listened to only 14 times in 2025 tells you how “consistent” I am with music. As with most things, I’ll take eclectic variety, thank you very much.

Why am I so reluctant/reticent to come over here? The other app is dying, and unless something dramatic changes, it feels unsalvageable. But there are 13+ years of Andra over there, and the idea of starting over is exhausting. I don’t want another account to maintain. Am I the only one feeling this?
