Not mass triage or treatment. And certainly not releasing people or even addressing the foul conditions sparking outbreaks.

After Border Patrol shot two people in Portland, DHS claimed they were "vicious gang members" tied to a past shooting.

But records I obtained reveal a US prosecutor has since directly contradicted DHS, saying, "We're not suggesting he is a gang member." My dive into how DHS' claims have collapsed:

yeah seeing the "Minneapolis took off because the so-called 'activists' got out of the way and let normal people in" takes is really frustrating. that's not at all an accurate look at what's happening in Mpls or anywhere else. All these movements rely on cores of people who have experience.

Now is not the time to be passive and unconcerned about “risks.” Taking your operational security seriously is a matter of personal and community safety.

This isn’t a call to cower or be afraid to take action. It’s a real life risk assessment that you must be diligent & deliberate with.

If there was any question as to who the police work for, Minneapolis PD spent the day destroying the blockades that people had recently constructed for the purpose of slowing traffic and intercepting ICE vehicles.

Just so we’re all clear, the Department of Homeland Security is developing pretty extreme accusations about people based on:
- Hysteria-fueled nonsense spewed by Fox News which they picked up from
- Far-right propagandists on Twitter whose whole thing is targeting leftists.

That means ~815k Minnesotans participated in the shutdown and ~310k in the strike. That would make Minnesota’s January 23 general strike one of the largest in history.

Repression as state strategy - A Murder of Crows Repression is a topic that is often discussed in the revolutionary milieu, but unfortunately it is a subject that is not well understood.
