Here’s why in my view. I would put PCA in with the southern Baptists, it seems more Baptist than reformed. Now that The Gospel Coalition seems to be more important than the PCA per se, as an umbrella org to promote CN, patriarchy and a few points of Calvinism, PCA becomes less relevant.

I loved The Substance, what a great theme, the fruitless quest for endless youth and immortality. Any film that shows the futility of this creatively is a plus. HOWEVER! The horror movie like goriness at the end was simply too much. I hate horror movies and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Not crazy about Luke 6:17-26, I am doing the non-lectionary Luke 7:36-50, "the woman" who anointed Jesus' feet with her tears. She's so important!
