As you get closer to 100% RH evaporation slows way down

If it way hotter than normal body temperature then, you might actually get hotter if you're not sweating. Or it's so extreme temp that your sweating can't keep u cool

If the relative humidity is less than 100% Air flow increased by the fan causes increased sweat evaporation due to increased mixing. This decreases your temperature faster, because sweat changes from liquid to vapor phase faster. Every drop that evaporates takes a little bit of heat away.
