Exports to Mongolia rose 50% to 188 000 tons, to Kyrgyzstan by 26%, to 71 000 tons. Kazakhstan reduced imports by 53% to 31 000 tons. Part of the exports to Kazakhstan were redirected to Uzbekistan which doubled import to 43 000 tons.

Russian diesel export in July 2025 decreased by 0,16% compared to June 2025 falling to 3,36 million tons. This however is still 2,71% higher than July 2024.
