Russian official inflation as reported by Rosstat for the period from the 3rd to the 9th of February stood at 0,13%. For February the inflation is 0,2% and 2,24% for 2026 so far vs 1,5% for 2025.

The Russian Ministry of Construction said the Russian housing construction sector doesn't have issues as a whole. I want to point out that apart from PIK most big Russian housing developers have as bad or worse debt burden as SAMOLET.
