Today's progress on the cakes. Im using an old laundry detergent cap as a cake stand, and some slime additives for the hearts.

10.02.2025 23:33 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Spent some time glazing my latest cake & some mushrooms I made! I learned that nail polish will degrade polymer clay & is not a good varnish/glaze for projects. Got some gloss & satin glaze from Sculpey in the mail today. Easy project for the day!

I love making sweets. The pink cake is the newest, the raspberry/lemon cake was a labor of love, the black forest was so much fun, and the two little pies were prototypes for a lil gift I made for a professor in undergrad.

Where i came from! 1/12 miniature food display with a mottled red roast ft carrots and potatoes and a board with carrots, peeled potatoes, potato peels, and unpeeled potatoes
Where I am now! 1/12 mini food board with cabbage, red onions, potatoes, blue and yellow and orange carrots, asparagus, and a raw roast.
