Tariff case: the last time a president's action of this magnitude was struck down by the Supreme Court it was the 1952 Youngstown Steel case, which was also decided by a 6-3 vote. There will always be apologists for vast presidential power, but so far a healthy majority for a check on that power.

The fact that 10% federal judges are Black, a group that compromises about 8% of law school graduates, show the corruption of DEI. The fact that two-thirds of the Supreme Court are in the Federalist Society, a cult that includes 5% of law school graduates, shows the triumph of meritocracy.
