Mkay PC builders, what specs should I be prioritising for a new rig?

I want it to be an absolute unit that can do everything on its own. Gaming, rendering, 3D work, all of it (sometimes in unison)

I'm an NVIDIA guys, but aside from that any specific SSDs, ram or processors? 🤔
