Well, first know DNC doesn't pick ANY candidates. State and local Dems support primary winners. Then DNC funds state and local for campaigns. So why you aren't giving to DNC is a mystery. Sure give to candidates, but they take $$ from DSCC and DCCC that are extensions of DNC.
