Paizo's decision not to do that is one of the ways Pathfinder 1e broke away from its D&D 3.75 reputation, establishing itself as its own system with its own direction.

As I mention in the editorial attached to the upload, one of my enduring memories of this subsystem was the year or so the Pathfinder fanbase anticipated Paizo would release a Pathfinder version, since the psionic rules were in the SRD.
