If I had to pick from the three, I’d probably want Sesko more because I’m a Football Manager nerd. Youngest of the three by a good distance as well so offers better ‘value’, all else being equal. I’d be chuffed with Wissa or Watkins either tbf, both quality strikers

Lot of stuff dependent on other deals though, I guess. Wissa seemed/seems the most likely to come in as a replacement for Wilson - maybe Šeško becomes that if we get him in and keep Isak. If we do bring in Šeško though then I don’t see us signing another striker unless Isak goes

It’s pure fantasy on your part though. NUFC have made it pretty clear what their stance is on Isak. If they bring in another striker, they’re not going to drop their price one bit. Why would they? They’d still have to replace him, we’re already one striker down since Wilson left.

I think his point is that us buying another striker won’t magically lower the price it would cost Liverpool to buy Isak, so if they won’t pay the price now, they won’t pay the price after we bring in another striker.

I honestly think that NUFC won’t budge on their asking price even if they bring in another striker beforehand.

If they sell Isak then they need to buy two strikers this window, buying one won’t change their stance on him imo

Sounds like they probably want a sizeable sell on fee % and we’d rather give them some target based addons instead. Might find a middle ground, I guess.
