Yes, lots of room there, based on concept plans that aren’t that old. I’ve seen plans that contemplated building north of the entrance. Those plans might be out of date depending on changes to wetlands, but I don’t recall that being designated.

Still waiting to see the list of sites considered.

🥶 Cold air is forecast to overtake the mild air in the Maritimes, sending temperatures down.
