Bringing the Salmon Home Nation members participated in a series of fry releases across the upper Columbia River basin, with salmon fry raised at the Okanagan Nation Alliance hatchery in Penticton. Last fall, the Tri-Nation Salmon Warriors helped with the ONA’s broodstock collections. See more here:

In honour of World Water Day, you’re invited to attend a screening of our Bringing the Salmon Home documentary film and engaging discussion, at 7pm on Saturday March 22, hosted by the Peachland Watershed Protection Alliance. Entrance is by donation. We look forward to seeing you there!

Sharing this invitation from the Syilx Okanagan Nation to celebrate the installation of a new Salmon Passage on the east side of Okanagan Lake Dam — a development that will greatly improve salmon migration routes. All are welcome: Friday March 7 at 12pm PT in Penticton.
