I grew up with black and white comics! Let’s goooo

Colour changes the tone of the comic. In my opinion, some comics will not be as impactful and memorable if it were in colour. It is disheartening to see a new generation of readers who cannot appreciate that a comic in black and white is a Choice.

a manga exploring the moment you experience de ja vu. the characters are in alternative fashion clothing and are going out on a date to eat olliebollen (dutch donuts). the center panel has a kaleidoscope pattern of other experiences with the girl's partner. the girl asks her partner why does it feel like we've had this moment before? he then replies and kisses her forehead "reliving this moment with you over and over again is fine by me"

Really happy with this one~ I haven't done manga since 2018 and it's nice to dip my toes back in. I can't wait to try some more by 2026. Hehehe!

So my first tip for this is just Read a Lot of Comics. have comics in your bookshelf (real or virtual) that you can flip through for inspiration and see how other artists are working and what/how they fit visuals into a panel. I read a lot of manga on my phone, and every time i see a page that--

So true! If you really like an author's (or any creator's) work, enthusiastically sharing your love will get more eyes on them and maybe even help build a lil' fandom to do fandom things in!
