Ironically, 2024 eclipse trip - I watched that with friends. It was good!... not a Disney film ;)
eclipse portion of trip was a bust (we left Ohio to go to Texas... but there was an extended trip so in spite of cloud forecast, we went). Ironic due to astronomy connection...

The US spends $3.4 billion/yr. Worse, mandatory trainings either backfire or do nothing: A 2007 study of 829 companies over 31 years showed "no positive effects in the average workplace" from diversity training, while the effect was negative where it was mandatory: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diversi...

I do like and watch this show a good bit. I already support many NPR shows. How do you draw the line between - it's a hobby, support yourself vs it's an institution I should support vs magazine/podcast I should pay for what I consume? I pay for youtube, figured they got $ from that?
