I’m convinced you’ve got to eat well in the studio — life’s too short not to. A simple but tasty dish today:
Fried potatoes, grilled peppers, and sardines wrapped in vine leaves, seared on the grill pan with a bit of pepper, garlic, parsley, and a slice of lemon tucked in the belly.
